John Howley has been serving the community for more than 30 years. He brings to the job a diverse background involving award-winning journalism, banking, customer service and, most recently, as the Deputy Director of the Pickaway County Board of Elections where the office was named the top Board in the State of Ohio. Howley will use that experience to keep the office of Pickaway County Treasurer moving forward to serve the people who make this county a wonderful place to live and work.
